Title: Aviation Sales & Growth Lead Representative

The Thunderbird Aviation Sales & Growth Lead Representative is responsible for all Company sales, including but not limited to, fueling, flight training, maintenance, charter, and other FBO services.
Additionally, this position will develop, implement and monitor a strategic growth plan with the executive team, which will include budgets, marketing, lead enhancement, and community and public relations.

Position Duties

• Build and execute a strategic growth plan for all departments to drive sustainable growth
• Create, set and manage the annual sales and marketing budget
• Build community relationships within aviation specific departments, as well as aviation and business member groups
• Respond to all lead inquiry requests with accurate information and in a timely and professional manner
• Develop goals and implement a plan for lead generation, to include online engagement, brand awareness, and attending community functions/events and relevant conferences.
• Track initial customer outreach, leads and follow-up. Prepare monthly/quarterly reports in accordance with budgeted goals.
• Discover and implement ways to increase and exceed customer expectations onsite at both locations.

Qualifications

• Required o Minimum of two years’ work experience in sales o Aviation knowledge in flight training and FBO operations o Excellent communication and collaboration skills o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite o Proven history of attaining and/or exceeding goals o History of developing constructive and cooperative relationships with others and maintaining them over time
• Preferred o Associates degree preferred o Familiarity with social media and SEO/SEM o Knowledge of website analytical tools
